Bunch Saffron
Bunch saffron contains the stigma with the whole style. The entire red and white strings of saffron are bunched together with a string.
Konja Saffron (Style)
We offer two grades of Konja saffron:
• Grade 1: Long strings of the style, usually white and unmixed in appearance.
• Grade 2: Shorter strings of the style that are usually a mix of bright yellow and white in colour.
